Psychological Life Support (PLS) establishes and discloses the following guidelines for handling personal information in order to protect personal information of the information subject and to promptly and smoothly handle the relevant grievances pursuant to Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

⑤ A request for correction or deletion of personal information shall not be made if the personal information is specified in other statutes for collection.

⑥ PLS verifies whether the person who made the request for perusal, correction or deletion, or perusal upon request for suspension of processing is the person or the legitimate agent.
