Currently, the Fire Department and the Fire Service Policy Department support for 'psychological counseling' costs. If you received psychological counseling at a mental health clinic or hospital, you can get help.

1. Scope of Support

• Only firefighters are allowed (Not for family)
• Psychological counseling is available.

2. Available medical examinations

• If psychiatric examination, sleep test, depression, anxiety, PTSD test, etc. are received in psychiatry, you can get support for both medical expenses and counseling expenses.

3. Psychiatric healthcare support system and application procedure

• Target: National Fire Service officers
• Details of support: Support for actual expenses in case of counseling, examination and medical treatment for improvement of mental and physical health in the department of mental health medicine and counseling office (including prescription drug costs)
