Support survivors whose family members are missing.

• For children, reassure them that police and other disaster relief personnel are doing everything possible to find the missing loved one.
• Provide updated information about missing persons and stay with them to listen to survivors’ hopes and fears.
• If survivors want to look for a missing person , tell them about dangers and keep them on hold.
• Limit the detailed information about the missing person to children.
