What can I do when I cannot sleep?

There are many ways. Here are some of them. Try to sleep in the same place as much as possible. Do not exercise hard three hours before you go to bed and do not do activities or thought that cause anxiety. You shouldn't drink alcohol and coffee and smoke for two or three hours before going to bed. Relax your muscles from toe to head. Finally, listening to calming music or self-hypnosis can help you sleep.
